Once the organization administrator has set up the HipChat integration he can then choose the room where notification messages will be sent to. This will allow showd.me to send notifications to that room in order to inform the team of new learning activity available for their showd.me organization.
Users who have connected their showd.me accounts with their HipChat accounts will be able to search for and access their private showd.me learning material and content via communicating with the "showd.me" bot user. This bot will appear in the form of a user within your direct message contacts. Search for "showd.me." This will appear automatically within your direct message contact list once integrated.
To get started, type "help" and the bot will guide you through its functionality and provide you with instructions.
You can type "sessions", for example, to see available sessions to join in your organization.
If you type "sessions about sales," any sessions with the sales skill tag will appear.
